Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of this website and any order you place on it. The website is operated by SOLANKI ENTERPRISES, a Sole Proprietorship with its registered office at 26, Vishnu Patil Niwas, Subhash Road, Navapada, Near Maruti Mandir, Dombivali West, Kalyan, Kalyan-Dombivali (M. Corp.), Thane, Maharashtra 421202. By creating an account or placing an order you accept these Terms.

1. Who we are

We are a wholesale and retail dairy business trading in milk and dairy products, registered under the Maharashtra Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2017 (intimation receipt 2510200320750021) and under Udyam registration UDYAM-MH-33-0708978.

2. Your account

Your mobile number is your username. An email address is optional and, if given, is used only to contact you about your orders. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for orders placed from your account.

Passwords are stored only as a bcrypt hash. We cannot read your password and cannot tell it to you.

Sessions. When you sign in we store a session record against your account and send your browser a cookie containing nothing but a random reference to it. That record is checked on every request. Sessions expire 30 days after sign-in; signing out deletes the record immediately, so it stops working at once on every device it was used from.

Suspension. We may suspend an account that abuses the service, places fraudulent orders, or repeatedly refuses delivery of cash-on-delivery orders. A suspended account is refused everywhere at once and all of its sessions are deleted immediately. You can ask us to review a suspension by calling +91 88286 68156.

3. Products, pack sizes and prices

• Products are sold in the pack sizes shown on each product card. Prices are in Indian Rupees and are shown inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Not registered for GST — turnover is below the registration threshold, as recorded on the Udyam certificate. No GST is charged on your order and no tax invoice bearing a GSTIN is issued.
• Fresh dairy is sold by weight or volume and the final quantity may vary slightly from the stated pack size.
• The price you pay is the price on our server at the moment you place the order. Prices, quantities and delivery charges are recalculated on our side when your order is submitted; figures displayed in your browser are for your information only. If a price shown to you was wrong, we will contact you before dispatching and you may cancel at no cost.
• Product photographs are illustrative. Colour, shape and garnish vary between batches.

4. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order — in practice, when we telephone you to confirm the delivery slot. Until then we may decline an order, for example if an item has sold out that morning or the delivery address is outside the area we serve.

You must be able to receive the order at the address and slot you chose. Because these are perishable foods, see the Shipping & Delivery Policy for what happens if nobody is available to receive a delivery.

5. Payment

We currently accept cash on delivery only. You pay the delivery person in cash when the order arrives.

Online payment (UPI / Card / Netbanking) is shown on the checkout page as coming soon and cannot be selected. Any order submitted with an online payment method — including one submitted outside the normal checkout form — is refused by our server. We do not collect, process or store card numbers, UPI IDs, bank credentials or any other payment instrument details.

6. Delivery charges

Delivery is ₹40 on orders below ₹500, and free at ₹500 and above. This is the single rule applied by the checkout, and it is the same figure quoted everywhere on this site. Full details are in the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Milk, curd, paneer and mithai are perishable and cannot be restocked once they leave our counter. What you can cancel, and when, is set out in full in the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Your obligations

• Give a delivery address and mobile number that are accurate and reachable.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the website, its accounts, or other customers' orders.
• Do not resell our products as your own without a separate written wholesale arrangement with us.

9. Food safety and allergens

Our products contain milk. Several sweets contain tree nuts (pistachio, almond, cashew) and saffron and cardamom, and all items are prepared in a kitchen where nuts are handled, so we cannot guarantee any product is free from traces of nuts. If you have a food allergy, please call us on +91 88286 68156 before ordering.

Fresh dairy must be refrigerated on arrival and consumed by the date we tell you at delivery.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We do not accept liability for a product that has been stored incorrectly after delivery.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version in force for your order is the one published on this page when you placed it.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. Nothing here affects your right to approach a Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
